Data Sharing Consent: By utilizing our demo trading services, you authorize Funded Elite to access and share information related to your demo trades with affiliated parties and entities associated with Funded Elite. This authorization allows Funded Elite and these parties/entities to use and manage this information as required. Please note that these activities may occur automatically and do not necessitate additional consent or approval from you. It’s important to understand that you are not entitled to compensation or revenue for the utilization of this data by Funded Elite.
No Provision of Investment Advice: Your engagement in demo trading should not be construed as the provision of investment advice or recommendations to Funded Elite. Your involvement is solely aimed at participating in simulated trading for educational and assessment purposes.
Information Accuracy: Funded Elite does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of information presented during demo trading. Furthermore, Funded Elite cannot be held accountable for any interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in market information provided by third-party applications or brokers.
Prohibited Uses

At Funded Elite, we prioritize the responsible use of our services to ensure a secure and respectful trading environment for all participants. To maintain this commitment, we have outlined specific prohibited uses that must be strictly avoided while engaging with our platform:
1. Compliance with Applicable Laws: You are expressly prohibited from utilizing our services in any manner that contravenes local, regional, national, or international laws, statutes, ordinances, regulations, or treaties. This extends to respecting the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, and other personal or proprietary rights.
2. Ethical Usage: Users must not engage in activities that seek to disrupt or compromise the integrity of our services or the Funded Elite website. These prohibited actions encompass activities such as scraping, crawling, framing, unauthorized linking, hacking, initiating denial of service (DOS) attacks, attempting reverse engineering, or any efforts to circumvent technological protection measures.
3. Unsolicited Commercial Communications: The Funded Elite platform shall not be used for transmitting unsolicited commercial emails to third parties or fellow traders. While Funded Elite does not proactively monitor user-generated content, we reserve the right to remove such content if deemed necessary.
4. Prohibited Trading Practices: Our commitment to responsible trading practices is unwavering. Prohibited trading practices include, but are not limited to:
Exploiting errors or latency in pricing and platform(s) provided by the broker.
Utilizing non-public or insider information.
Front-running trades placed elsewhere.
Engaging in trading that jeopardizes the Prop Account’s relationship with the broker or may result in trade cancellations.
Trading that creates regulatory issues for the broker.
Utilizing third-party strategies, off-the-shelf strategies, or those marketed for assessment accounts.
Using one strategy to pass an assessment and subsequently switching to a different strategy in a funded account.
Should we identify that your trading activities fall within the Prohibited Trading category, your participation in our program may be terminated. In such instances, this may include the forfeiture of any fees paid to Funded Elite.
Moreover, prior to the allocation of a funded account, the trading activity of the trader, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, will undergo a thorough joint review by Funded Elite and the broker. This review will determine whether the trading activity aligns with our guidelines or constitutes Prohibited Trading. In cases of Prohibited Trading, the trader will not be eligible for a funded account.
By engaging with Funded Elite’s Services, you acknowledge and accept these guidelines, pledging to uphold the integrity of our trading community.
Elite / Live Phase Traders’ Minimum Trading Requirement and Strategy Adherence:
To ensure a thorough and equitable evaluation of trading performance and the effectiveness of their strategies, Funded Elite enforces specific requirements for all traders in the Elite or Live phase:
- Minimum Trading Days: Traders are obliged to engage in active trading for at least five (5) trading days before they can make their first payout request following the initial 21-day period. This condition is crucial to demonstrate ongoing trading activity and effective risk management.
- Strategy Adherence and Prohibited Practices: Traders must adhere to the same trading strategy that they initiated on their first day throughout this initial period. This requirement is set in place to assess the trader’s commitment to their selected strategy and their ability to apply it consistently over time. Additionally, this rule aims to limit gambling behaviors and other prohibited practices, such as hedging, arbitrage, etc., that can undermine the integrity of the trading environment.
By imposing these guidelines, Funded Elite seeks to maintain a fair and responsible trading platform. These rules are designed to encourage disciplined trading and deter behaviors that can lead to high-risk, speculative, or unethical trading practices. Traders are advised to plan their trading activities with these requirements in mind to ensure a successful tenure in the Elite or Live phase.
Prohibition of Multiple Accounts
In our Terms of Service, we address the issue of account duplication to ensure fairness and security across our platform. Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts under their name or through various registrations.
We actively monitor for signs of duplicate accounts, which include, but are not limited to, identically traded strategies, repeated use of the same IP addresses, and the use of identical or similar crypto wallets. The detection of such duplications is a serious breach of our terms and can lead to immediate suspension of the involved accounts.
Our platform is committed to providing a transparent and equitable trading environment. Violations of this policy undermine the integrity of our services and can potentially harm other users. Personal and Exclusive: Your Funded Elite account is personal to you, and it cannot be shared with anyone else. Additionally, you may not purchase an account on behalf of a third party or have an account purchased for you by a third party. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
Billing Information: As a trader, you can purchase multiple digital trading challenges using your account. Please ensure your billing information is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate a seamless transaction process.

Third-Party Broker: Represents an external brokerage platform with which Traders may interact using the provided account credentials.
Privacy Policy: Refers to the Company’s separate document outlining its practices and policies concerning the collection, use, and protection of personal and non-personal data, which is accessible on the Company’s Website.
Written Waiver: Designates any waiver of terms or conditions in this Agreement, as outlined in the “Legal Provisions” section, which must be composed in writing and signed by the relevant party to be valid.
